Nothing. The call by phone or video and the introductory visit to your home are free. The visit is the basis for any care, because I want to know your cat and your home beforehand.
You receive an invoice. Viennacats is a registered business in Vienna; everything is official and transparent.
I offer overnight stays by personal arrangement. We agree the price individually, as it depends on the length of stay, the number of cats and your wishes.
As early as possible, especially for the summer holidays, Easter and Christmas. The call and visit need some lead time, so it's best to get in touch a few weeks before your trip.
